77fc Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 77fc platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 77fc ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the 77fc website, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, claiming bonuses and promotions, and all other interactions with the platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. 77fc reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and access to the platform will be permanently revoked.
Geographic Restrictions
The 77fc platform is operated for players in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account or placing a wager. 77fc makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in all locations. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with 77fc. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether using different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77fc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and to forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals held across those accounts.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use the 77fc platform, players must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The account belongs solely to the registered individual and must not be shared, transferred, or sold to any other person.
Accurate Registration Information
Players are required to provide their real full name, valid mobile number, and accurate personal details when registering an account with 77fc. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform. 77fc may request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at registration at any time.
Password Security and Account Responsibility
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. 77fc strongly recommends choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing it with any third party. All activity conducted through a player's account — including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is the responsibility of the account holder. 77fc will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account that arises from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
KYC Verification
77fc conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification as required by the platform's anti-fraud and responsible gaming policies. Players may be requested to submit valid government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 77fc platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players may fund their accounts and request withdrawals using the payment methods available in their account dashboard. 77fc is committed to processing all eligible deposit and withdrawal requests in a timely manner.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from a payment account in the player's own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- 77fc does not charge processing fees on deposits. Any transaction fees charged by the player's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 77fc does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC identity verification. Accounts that have not completed verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
- Any winnings derived from bonus funds remain subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus before withdrawal is permitted. Players must satisfy all applicable rollover conditions before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be approved.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
77fc offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
General Bonus Terms
- All bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance. Bonus funds must be wagered according to the applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
- Wagering requirements for all 77fc bonuses are stated clearly at the time of each offer. Standard welcome bonus wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
- Bonuses are only available to players who have made a qualifying deposit from a payment account registered in their own name. Bonuses credited in error must be reported to the support team immediately.
- 77fc reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Any bonus funds not used within the validity period will expire automatically.
Bonus Abuse
77fc operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk or hedged wagers to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay; colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers; or using automated software to place bets. Where bonus abuse is detected, 77fc reserves the right to forfeit all associated bonus balances, withhold pending withdrawals, and permanently close the offending account.
6. Gameplay and Betting Rules
All games and betting markets available on 77fc are subject to the specific rules of each game or market, in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or betting market before placing a wager.
Casino Games
All casino game outcomes at 77fc are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are disclosed by the respective game providers and are available in each game's information section. 77fc does not alter, suppress, or interfere with game RNG systems or outcomes in any way. Players accept that the house edge is a natural feature of casino games and that past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
Sports Betting
All sports betting markets on 77fc — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the betting rules applicable to each market. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market settlement rules. 77fc reserves the right to void any bet that is placed after an event has concluded or where a manifest error in odds is identified.
Technical Faults and Disputes
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that affects a game in progress, 77fc will attempt to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state where technically possible. Where restoration is not possible, bets affected by the fault will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. The platform's server logs constitute the definitive record of all gameplay activity and will be used to resolve any disputes regarding game outcomes. Players who believe a technical fault has affected their gameplay must report the issue to the support team within 24 hours of the incident.
7. Prohibited Conduct
77fc maintains a strict code of conduct for all players. The following categories of conduct are expressly prohibited on the platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, and forfeiture of all balances.
Prohibited Actions
- Fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
- Creating or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or misrepresent identity.
- Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward any 77fc staff member, support agent, or other player.
77fc employs active monitoring systems to detect fraudulent activity, collusion, and other prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 77fc reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
77fc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where these Terms have been violated, where fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, or where account closure is required for responsible gaming reasons.
Grounds for Suspension or Closure
Grounds for account suspension or permanent closure include, but are not limited to: violation of any provision of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested; engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; or a player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy. Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any outstanding balance may be forfeited at 77fc's discretion.
Appeals Process
Players who believe their account has been suspended or closed in error may contact the 77fc support team via live chat to submit a formal appeal. 77fc will review the appeal and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Players are advised to provide any relevant documentation to support their appeal. The decision of 77fc following an appeal review is final.
9. Responsible Gaming
77fc is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the platform. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. 77fc offers a range of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, time-out periods, and self-exclusion options, all of which are accessible from within a player's account settings or by contacting the support team. 10. Intellectual Property
All content on the 77fc platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 77fc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of 77fc content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77fc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial loss. 77fc does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by technical faults, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that 77fc cannot guarantee that any player will win or profit from their use of the platform.
